Easy Chicken Fajitas
I love Mexican food and these chicken fajitas are the absolute BEST. They are extremely easy to make -- only 15 minutes of prep time and then pop them in the oven! They're also pretty healthy and filling! Basically, they meet all the important meal-prep criteria in my book! I usually add the fajitas to a warm tortilla and then add lettuce, tomato, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole *insert praise emoji*. The recipe is from Budget Bytes!
